I use Gravity Sketch to annotate and measure 3D-scanned environments and the objects that inhabit them (e.g. a fuel pump at the fuel station), and I find it works surprisingly well for this purpose. One thing would make it even better -- an option somewhere in the environment settings which would enable/disable fog effect.
Mainly to help with my ability to focus on the central part of my work piece, I would like to be able to "fade out" the pars of my 3D model that are the furthest away, imitating only the most basic property of volumetric fog.
I don't know how difficult it would be or how many additional lines of code would it require to make it happen, but I would most certainly not take it for granted!
